Setting up Shopify Inbox on Checkify

To interconnect your Checkify and Shopify Inbox app, you need to have this public app installed on your store. Here is where to get it.

Once done, it is necessary to enable it on your theme, in admin.shopify and save.

If enabled correctly, the status of the online store chat will be marked as "on".

It is necessary to set the primary (main) color of the chat icon, the text (label) available on it and its shape before connecting. The drop downs contain the available options for the label and icon, so it will be consistent with the rest of your store.

Click on "Connect +" in the bottom right corner of the screen (slider).

The Shopify Inbox integration becomes Active. Your buyers will see the chat icon, usually in the bottom right screen of the checkout page.
