Setting up Intercom on Checkify
To interconnect your Checkify and Intercom accounts, you need to use the Intercom App ID. Here is where to find it:
Log in to your Intercom account.
Visit Settings, General.
In the Workplace section, find App ID, usually it is under the name of your workspace.
Copy your App ID from there.
Alternatively, you may get the App ID from the URL of the same page (ref. to browser's address bar).
Add Intercom App ID to Checkify
Once you have your App ID, go through the following steps:
Go to admin > Integrations, Chats & HelpDesk tab.
Find Intercom tab (icon) and click on "Connect +" button to start the integration.
Paste your App ID in the appropriate field.
Click on "Connect +" in the bottom right corner of the screen (slider).
The Intercom integration becomes Active.
