Setting up Tidio on Checkify
To interconnect your Checkify and Tidio accounts, you need to use the Tidio Public Key. Here is where to find it:
Install Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots app from the store.
Register your account and get the access to their dashboard.
Visit Settings > Project data.
4. Copy your Public Key from the appropriate field as shown in the screenshot above.
Add Tidio Public Key to Checkify
Once you have your Public Key, go through the following steps:
Go to admin > Integrations, Chats & HelpDesk tab.
Find Tidio tab (icon) and click on "Connect +" button to start the integration.
Paste your Public key in the appropriate field.
Click on "Connect +" in the bottom right corner of the screen (slider).
The Tidio integration becomes Active.

Making Tidio chats and support multilingual (optional)
Tidio app supports multiple languages, which can be especially useful for multi-national and international sellers who get checkouts in different languages.
In your Tidio admin go to Settings.
Pick Channels > Live Chat Appearance.
Unfold miminalized interface, if needed.
Enable as many languages as required in the Multilanguage section.

Make sure that you have already added their public app to your store. Then, try to connect the service to Checkify again.
