Trackify is the original Facebook pixel app that helps Shopify store owners quickly integrate multiple Facebook pixels, add more pixel events and data, and optimize for more conversions.
Setting up Trackify on Checkify
First, install the integration on your store from here.
Then, enable Trackify on Checkify by following these steps in the admin:
Click on Integrations menu on the left and select Tracking Tools.
Go to Integrations tab.
Scroll down to find Trackify.
Press "Connect +" button to enable the Trackify integration.
Done!
Troubleshooting Trackify on Checkify
Facebook Ads Pixel - warning message
If you have enabled both Facebook Ads Pixel and Trackify integrations on Checkify, you will see the following warning message:
Trackify and Facebook Pixel are both enabled, there's a risk of duplicated event logging.
Always make sure that the Facebook Ads Pixel integration is inactive to prevent incorrect data in your statistics.
Trackify is not active - error message
Make sure that the Trackify integration has been correctly installed on your store beforehand. Otherwise, it can’t be activated on Checkify.
